So, after I posted this, my husband was doing some eBay research and found that if we loaded it up with software we might have the potential of getting a considerable amount more for it. So, here is the software that we've put on it :

Mac OS Leopard
Dual Boots - Windows 7 Ultimate
Adobe CS3 Suite
Office for Mac
iLife 08
