I put Toby in the shower with me last night and it wasn't too bad. He didn't try to run to the corner of the shower plus I bought a "hand held" shower head so water wasn't constantly coming down on him. It's so hard to dry these little guys as I'm worried I'll hurt his fragile little legs. But he did let me semi-dry him with my blow dryer on cool.
I want him to get used to being bathed so I can start taking him to my groomer. PLUS.....I wanted to try out my new shampoo and conditioner from Yorkies of Walnut Hill. They sold me! I've never seen Toby's coat so shiny, silky and soft. Plus the subtle fragrance is wonderful for a "boy!" I will definitely be a repeat customer. Everyone is probably tired of hearing me talk about the shampoo and conditioner but I am so impressed! |
