Hey everyone,

Ever since my dad passed away on Christmas '09 my 2 year old yorkie (who already had separation anxiety issues) has been acting strange. I know she absolutely adored him, and as expected, she's been going all over the house looking for him, staring at the front door, and whining/wimpering a lot. She used to sleep with him on the couch every night, so now I've been bringing her to my bed trying to keep her close. She's also been shaking, mainly at night, since it happened. What else other than giving her extra attention and keeping her as close as possible can I do?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
