did you mean demodex mite? demodex is from the mother dog and it is a sign of a poor immune system to not balance out the mites in the skin
basically demodex is a tough one as my friend has been working with this for 5 years - many times they use ivermectin which is a strong off label drug to kill the mites. What are they giving you for this in such a young dog? There is another drug they use now as well but the name is escaping me. If it is ivermectin never mix it with ketoconozole which is an antifungal as those two are toxic together. Is the hairloss around the eyes and mostly on face or all over the body?
