I have Ryan's washable pads for my whelping box and puppies.. and LOVE THEM, I do add a tablespoon of Baking soda when I wash them to kill the smell.. and it works wonderful.. I don't use bleach because mama still diapering the babies and she licks the pads so I don't want her licking any residue that might escape the two rinse cycles..
