I love washable pads and while I have not tried Ryan's specifically yet, I find that washing in hot water and drying on medium - works perfect.

I just avoid bleach (I use the tide stain remover or add super washing detergent if soiled badly) and I DO NOT use fabric softener in the wash or sheets in the dryer.
