I use VPI when my Prada broke her leg they paid about 70% of the bill so I was happy with that. My son works for an Emergency Vet services and sees a lot of insurance claims and paperwork and he said the VPI is so far the best he has seen when it comes to claims and paper work. but is many choices out there you just need to find one that suits you and your pet.
