I have a problem keeping London's hair up so I have her bangs cut. Her sister, especially, hates for London to have something in her hair and ALWAYS takes it out. London really doesn't like me combing her hair, when I do get a clip or band in she rubs her head on the bed or couch and then Rory (her sister) takes it out anyway. So most of the time, London's hair just looks messy unless we go out somewhere. No matter how often I brush her she gets messed up in 5 minutes.
When I adopted her she was nearly shaved because of fleas and matting, so I couldn't wait for her hair to grow out. She has a beautiful coat and I love brushing her. Sometimes I can get her to stand still for a few minutes afterward so I can enjoy how pretty she is, but that never lasts long. She is one busy girl!
I've seen many a beautiful picture of gorgeous Yorkies on YT sitting so pretty and posing for a pic. Not my girl! She'll stay a a little when I tell her to but not long. I guess I have to work on that.
But seeing she lived her first 3 years in a cage and was so amazed when she moved here that she was allowed to run around I just hate trying to slow her down. She does love her freedom!
