I wouldn't leave them in the car alone. I am so afraid someone will take them, I just wouldn't take the chance. I make it a point to never leave anything in the car that I couldn't live without.

I have had my car broken into for some CDs and other small things. It was on the parking lot at work while a few hundred people were on the premisis having a work picnic. It was right dead across from the guard shack with several guards watching the lot. They didn't even see it. I would not leave the babies in the car for any reason ever.

Someone stole a car here awhile back and didn't realize it had a dog in it. They pitched the crate out of the car and the crate was found and the dog was never found. The people were on vacation visiting here from out of state. They kept returning looking for their dog and the news picked up the story whenever they came back looking. Sad story. They were heartbroken. I know they wished they had never left their baby in the car alone after that.

I don't mean to scare you but you should realize that this could happen. Please be really careful if you do decide to leave them in the car.
