Congrats on your new baby, I'm sure you'll have plenty of questions within the next few weeks. I just got my Mr. Bailey last Wed and have had questions everyday. YT is the place to get all of your questions answered. As for your original post, My Mr. Bailey sleeps with his tongue out only when he's really exhausted. I'm not certain but I doubt that it is anything to worry about.
