Aw, I'm sorry you're going through this. It must be frustrating. I haven't had the need to board my dogs for an extended amount of time, but the PetsHotel where I work is amazing. I took the time to get to know all of the workers and took tours of the facilities before I brought my dogs. The manager is a clean freak and they report every single little incident that occurs. The good thing is that we have a vet in the store, so they take dogs over there immediately. They also wash blankets and give baths to pups that get dirty
I believe it is the same with every PetsHotel. I would never trust a non-corporate boarding facility. They have no one regulating policies.
