Exclamation Crate Training-RESCUE ME!!!!!

I need some serious help, as I am frustrated. I am no stranger to dogs, or training and training tips usually come fairly easy to me and my babes. HOWEVER, I've got myself a stubborn one and I am at my wits end. My patience is gone, and my mind is about to go! I have had her 5 weeks, and she refuses to give in to the crate thing. I am consistent, as she must be in her crate every day (week days) from about 8:00 a.m. to approximately 11:00 a.m. Certainly not an overly long time. I get up at 6 so she has had 2 hours to eat, eliminate, and play before crate time. This has been a steady, consistent schedule for 5 weeks! She barks (loud I might add), scratches at the door, stresses herself to the point of pooping. She does this the whole time she is in there and I know this because my DD is home from college trying to catch up on rest, and tells me by babe does not let her sleep. I would let her stay out with my dd but I feel until she masters the crate it is more important to keep her on my schedule. Any and all advice is welcome. I tried to give as much info as possible so maybe someone will see where I am going wrong. When no one is home, the noise is not a problem but I am worried more about why she is stressing herself over this so much. She is about 4 1/2 months old.
