This is the one I got but for the white macbook. I couldnt find the one for the white macbook... but this one is for the aluminum but same thing....
Incase 13" Hardshell Case for Aluminum MacBook - Apple Store (U.S.) had no problems with scratching but one thing that is bad is that its really hard to take off. Although ive had no reason to take it off, it would be nice if i can take it off easily...
Judging from the reviews, it seems as though the "Speck" brand is the one that scratches your macbook.... i have the "Incase" brand and i havent noticed any scratches...
Also, i would highly recommend this especially if u have have a white macbook
Moshi ClearGuard Keyboard Protector for Aluminum MacBook and MacBook Pro - Apple Store (U.S.) its great bc it keeps dirt from getting trapped in between the keys... and u can wash it with soap and water!
