I read a few posts on the peroxide, baking soda, and dish detergent combo to clean urine odors. My concern is that the full strength peroxide will discolor my rugs. Does anyone know the exact "RECIPE" for this carpet cleaning combo and do you dilute it with water. I have a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner - you fill a 1 or 2 gallon container with water and rug cleaning solution. How can I adapt this recipe to my carpet cleaner? OR Do any of you have other suggestions on how to apply it. This REMAINING odor seems to be the problem with my little guy - he keeps going back to the same 2 spots - I really need to get the odor out!!! Help.
