Lola is my first puppy ever so feeling like a nervous mom is normal haha. She's only 4 months old!

Today Lola got her second vaccination for the Detemper. Before the appointment which was at 1 in the afternoon, she ate her 2nd meal, at 11. When we arrived we were told she gained 2 pounds in one month [5.20 to 7.40]. They didn't tell us if it was bad or good, I don't think it's bad because the breeder told us to expect her to be around 7 pounds. Is it too soon though?!

BUT!! On our way home in the car she vomited the meal that she ate before the appointment. I called the vet right after and she told me it's okay. They also said I can start feeding her less, now 3 times a day instead of 4. So we fed her again at 5, because she vomitted all the food she ate. We haven't fed her yet. Should we? She will eat either at 6 or 7 in the morning. But can she go on for 13 hours without food? During these hours she'll only sleep or be too lazy too play.
