It's not sticky as in the tar like material that you're referring to. It's a little hard when to the touch. I'll try to get a picture but she's not letting me get a hold of her head at the moment because i've been TRYING to look at it myself haha.

I saw pictures of your Dudley and he's very cute!! I'm glad that her eating ritual is considered "normal" because I was concerned it had to do with her teeth being so small. But you're right...I'm going to change her food. I don't know quite what to get her because I don't travel 45 minutes to the nearest petsmart to get a certain brand..I'm walmart bound haha.. but I may just have to give the travel a try if I can't find something good.
