I cannot tell you anything about the spot on her lip.. but it is perfectly natural for them to take a bite or two of thier food and carry it to another room to eat it peiece by piece. All of mine do the same thing. AS for the Pedigree.. I would certainly change to a better quality grain free food. Wellness, or Innova, Taste of the Wild, etc. Yes, make the change slowly, but DO make the change.

Oh and the teeth of a yorkie are pretty small. I would certainly make sure she is seen by a vet just to make sure everything is okay with her. He can really help with your questions and if not, I would find a vet that will take the time to answer those very questions.
