Hiya all Canadians....I live in Surrey BC ....Yes you can take a small dog on with you you purchase a doggy carry on & he/she can sit right on your knee
I called the Airlines about going to Calgary & thats what i was told & it only costs $30:00 to fly the lil guy....good luck....
