I have a Pet Gear in blue not a special edition and it has no safety tether inside.

I like it because it is pretty big, we can fit all four inside and they can lay down, plus it is easy to fold up and go.

I think i like the second one in your link better though, ours was a gift so we didnt really get to go through all the features.
