I can not even begin to imagine how upset I would be with my child. I would have not only apologized to you profusely but insist my child do the very same thing. I just can't imagine. I have 3 kids and yes when they were TODDLERS there were times where they were too rough and I would make sure to correct them over and over until they understood not only not to do it but that it HURT the animal. I just can't believe some parents
