I can't quite believe this. My advice, for what its worth, would be not to have anything to do with this person, who clearly isn't qualified. The bitch and the puppies lives are in danger if this person operates.
This may sound a stupid question but how does this person even know that the dog needs a c section. Why can't she have the puppies naturally? |
