Please tell me that you are joking about your friend who seems to not be a liscensed vet performing a C-section??? Sorry if that sounds harsh but no one but a vet should be performing that kind of procedure. And about the 45 days with there mother...yorkies shouldnt leave their mother until around 10-12 weeks. Taking them away too early can reak some very serious consequences. I don't really have any knowledge on AKC as both of my dogs don't have papers. Like I said before, I hope the mother of these pups is being seen by a veternarian and not some guy who just "wants" to be a veternarian some day.
