I would highly recommend the product "Frontline plus" - it has been working for me forever and covers ticks also. We have 5 dogs (all living in our home with us) and have never had any flea problems at all. We let our babies outside (fenced yard) and love the fact that we don't have the flea issues so many have to experience. Just a thought. Take care,
