This is so true~I know just how some parts of the country have been over run with the need for foster homes. Like California is isn desperate need so it Texas. It is unbelievable that so many little ones are cast off or dumped. It really just boggles my mine to think of not giving total love to these precious little ones. Please~please help if you can open your heart and home to a rescue it is truly the most satifying thing that you could ever do.
