I make SURE I can move the girls topknots back and forth before I finish with them and I always loosen the hair a bit so it 'poofs'... I used to wear braids alot and remember the headache I use to get if my braid was too tight -
This site has great picture instruction - you can skip the Double band part -I just use one band and let the girls hair fall free -
