Something happened the other day and I'd like some insights. I was walking at the mall with my little boy walking by me (leashed) and this little boy just came up and KICKED my puppy!!! The father of the child said something to the boy in Spanish and walked off WITHOUT apologizing!! What would you do? I didn't want to be mean so I let it go. However, it really ticked me off!
