I don't know anybody that got rid of tear stains competly it is normal for dogs to get those. Have you ever heard of Pure bites treats (beef liver flavored) that is the main ingredient in the products of tear stain removal.

it is dryed freeze and beef liver is the one and only ingredient in the treats. It is supper easy to to break into smaller pieces as well.
what some groomers recomend is that you shave off the tear stain area completely and start fresh and hoping they stay away.

P.S. there is also the treats called Pure Snacks. It is the same thing as long as the only thing in it is beef liver only.
