Callie wears a collar all the time except bath time with her tags on it and I use a harness when ever I need to use the leash. I feel that they should have a collar on all the time just for the tags incase they dash out the front door or something like that plus the little clink of the tags will wake me up at night when I'm sleeping if she gets up and is walking around needing to go out or not feeling well or during the day I will know where she is.
