I'm one of those people who loves to pet peoples dogs, lol! If I'm out and I see someone with a little dog that I think is cute, I will have to stop and pet them! Just yesterday I was in WalMart and a lady had a long haired Chihuahua puppy, of course I had to go up to her and give the little guy a rub under it's chin, soooo cute!
I didn't think dogs were allowed in the mall, the lady with the Chi said it was fine as long as you kept them in your arms..I will be taking Bailey to the mall soon, and I'm sure there will be lots of people wanting to pet him, if they are gentle I'm usually fine with it
