Sad very sad.
A puppy mill was just closed in Quebec, that was run by someone that said they where a championship breeder. There where many breeds. I am not sure if I can cross post the link, as I posted it at

Sad thing is that big puppy mills get to run in Quebec because of poor Federal laws provincial relations.
Even sadder is that BYB's can run all over the place and have just as bad of conditions and get away with it as they are small, going unnoticed mum and pop run and in tight communities to afraid to tell on them or tell them to clean up their act.
When will the day ever come that we, value a life any life human or furry enough to then make the rules needed to shut puppy mills and BYB's down for good and jail these fools. Until then this will go on and on.
As long as dogs are seen a money on paws not a wee little soul.
