We have no idea! She just began doing it with just her front paws out of the clear blue. It was cute, so naturally we encouraged her! She has to do her little routine on the foot of our bed, on the sofa, etc. ... like a little stage. As time went on she added little things to her dance until she was dancing like crazy. I hope we can eventually get the
entire thing on video ... it's just unbelievable!
All we do is stand up and look at her saying "Will you dance?" and she zooms to her stage! For her "grand finale" she runs to the dining room, does 3 quick spins, then 1 more spin & a "pawshake" for Papa and then looks toward the kitchen at the refrigerator that holds her Kona reward. For the longest time she wouldn't do it in front of anyone except Patrick & me ... yep! ... everyone thought we were nuts!

We swear sometimes that she is part "mountain goat" the way she likes to be up high. The amazing thing is that she has never jumped nor fallen off anything ... and we do discourage her from getting up high.
