I perfer to place in pet homes, but will help a serious fanicer get started or improve. I do ask that the dogs be bred to quality stock.
The Yorkie club has very strick bylaws about selling with full regs, but they also trust the breeder to use good judgement. Belonging to the Yorkie clubs still does not make a person reputable..I know some terrifc breeders with tiptop stock who do not belong to clubs. |
