I have called tech support and also have gone through the books but not successful with either. If someone thinks they can help me to get it set back up, please send me a pm. Am trying to avoid their making a service call, I really think it is something I can correct but I'm having difficult time figuring how to do it :-(

Finally....it took the 5th tech with Dish to finally get this problem resolved, being persistant helped, even though it's the wee hour in the morn, I knew they didn't need to make a service call am now off to get my zzzzzzzzzz's
