Does anyone have Dish Net Work for TV, I am having a difficult time trying to get the picture set up back on Jack's tv.

I have called tech support and also have gone through the books but not successful with either. If someone thinks they can help me to get it set back up, please send me a pm. Am trying to avoid their making a service call, I really think it is something I can correct but I'm having difficult time figuring how to do it :-(
