This year my inlaws are starting a new family tradition. We are taking turns each year doing christmas eve at eachother's house. Well of course the first one has to be at MY house!

They always have a big mexican dinner. We will be having tamales but I need some side dish recipes, including even spanish rice. Anyone have some good ones? I'm starting to plan now so I can practice with recipes before christmas eve.
