Default Badly bred?

When we got our first yorkie, Gigi, last December at 12 weeks I didn't know much about the actual breed. I just knew I wanted one and would do anything to get one! We originally tried to go through a pet store because of all the "perks" that came with it. My husband couldn't see paying more than $2,000 for a dog though... We came home, looked at the classifieds in the paper, and found a little girl that fit our budget. The next day Gigi came home with us.

Once Gigi lost her milk teeth we noticed she had a "snaggletooth" on the right side of her mouth... We just thought it was cute! Now at almost 16 months old Gigi is losing her adult teeth... We brush them and give her treats that are supposed to help clean them, but they're in horrible condition! We also noticed she has very tiny fragile bones compared to our other yorkie who is 1 pound smaller.

If Gigi was badly bred how would that affect her lifespan? I don't know what I would do without her... She was mine and my husband's first dog.
