We just got our new addition and he is absolutely adorable. He has completely and immediately bonded to me. Stays we me all the time...I can't go to another room without him right on my heels. We've only had him for a week so I know he is still getting used to a new place and getting to know us...but he pretty much would be completely happy to stay on my lap 24/7. He is doing incredibly well with going "outside" since he was paper trained prior to coming here. I also think he may be a little anxious with my daughter who is 4 and very happy to have him around. He will growl is she runs around a corner and bark...I'm hoping this is just an adjustment period with them getting to know each other and getting used to each other. My daughter is not afraid of him in any way...she thinks he's "talking" to her and says I'm hurting his feelings if I scold him.

My concerns...why is he not playful and so content to lay around and should I be concerned about the beginnings of what I don't really want to call "aggression" towards my daughter?
