My little 2.5 lb neurogically challenged girl is having surgery tomorrow. After a lot of debate I have decided to have her spayed and have a hernia repaired. I have had all of the bloodwork done prior to be sure all is good. They were concern of liver shunt because of her size but all bloodwork came back good. I decided to do this because I have seen so many little ones develop mammary tumors and it is just awful to see these babies all cut up after the removal of these awful growths and of course not all make it. I trust my vet and she is doing other things during the surgery to protect her. I am just really scared and worried and need your pryers and support.
