Welcome to YT!
If they are not used to harnesses either, work on that first. They may not like them, but leave them on for awhile, take off, put back on later. Repeat until they accept them without problem. Then attach leash & let them just drag it around on their own. Watch them so they don't get tangled on things. Once the begin to accept the leash, pick up the leash & walk them around the house. When they are doing this ok, go outside with them. I would work with each of them individually until they get better at it. It will all take some time & patience, but they should get it before too long.
