I agree. I would take her to the vet and get her checked out right away just in case.
Are you still giving her nuti-cal? Are her sugar level ok?
Could there be something frightening her? I noticed that my one puppy shakes when she is scared of something. My other one doesn;t seem to do this but she is also a lot more laid back and carefree.

I have read that if dogs are hurt or sick, they get scared because they fear that you won't love them anymore. Maybe something is wrong. I don;t want to scare you but thats always a possibiliy ....or she could be like my one puppy and be very sensitive and shake when she is scared or nervous.
