LOL, we had a blizzard and I had trouble getting my little baby to go out in the snow. She knew she was supposed to, but she would go out, turn around and sit at the door, so I would let her come back in. She would instantly run to the laundry room and potty on DH's sweatshirt. LOL Good Girl! I figured, she knew she was supposed to do something out doors, but she found that spot instead and used it every time until we cleared a spot in the grass with no snow. Since she was using the very same spot over and over, I figured I could live with that. But, I want to get one of those indoor potty thingies to use in my garage when the weather is bad out doors. I think that would be a great solution for bad weather days.
