350 doesn't sound THAT bad although I wouldn't pay that much for a mixed puppy. And a snorkie, I don't know how I'd like that mix I can't imagine what they would grow up to look like.
Again though, don't just look for a "deal" I looked for a deal before and my deal ended up costing me hundreds in vet costs.
