This is a neglected Bichon MOM to a Pet Store Puppy - THIS IS HOW SHE WAS FOUND....and would have stayed like this until she was bred yet AGAIN.....I can't figure out what breed Hartley is in the 3rd pic...I THINK a Bichon again
