I hate that people always assume because you have a dog you have a dirty house!
We've never had a problem keeping our house clean & smelling good.
But I did date a guy who's mom had 2 or 3 big dogs (I don't remember what kind they were) but she just let them poop in the house and then if she didn't feel like cleaning it right away she would just throw a towel down over it. Sometimes it would sit for days. And the horrible thing was is she wouldn't allow us to wear shoes in the house! Now that was STINKY house!
