Not knowing the age of your puppies, perhaps I shouldn't say this but here goes. If I was seeing a vet and they were willing to dock the tail and it more than 5 days old, I would be concerned with using this practice. A vet should take a stand when it comes to the animals welfare. My personal vet will not dock the tails at all, she also will not declaw. She refered me to a vet that will do it, since she and her husband has taken the no tail docking or declawing stand, he has also jumped on the band wagon, they did refer me to another office that will do it. He did state well if you don't dock the tails, no one will buy the pups!!!!What a help!! But I would be careful of using their practice if they dock older puppies tails. Again, just my opinion.
