I don't really use store bought treats. I use bits of cucumber or hard boiled egg whites. The cucumber would be about 2 slices/day. She only eats persian cukes, they are much smaller, so 2 slices is very little. Egg white, not every day, and only about 1/4 of an egg. The only store bought treats I buy are Yip Yaps, the breath mints. She loves them but they are expensive and I only give 1/2 piece and not everyday.

For training, usually just her regular kibble. heh heh
