My 11 year old son was in the kitchen making himself a peanut and butter sandwich. He took out the tub with the sliced pepperoni and put one in his mouth while he was making his sandwich. All of a sudden I hear him choking in the kitchen and of course panicked. My husband jumped up and grabbed him and did the heimlich maneuver and the pepperoni came out. Meanwhile I was going to the phone t call 911 I was in a panic and I'm still shaking.
