Lately both Starbucks near me have been a little off too. I go there enough to know what a Mocha should taste like. Today I decided maybe they aren't worth the money they charge anymore. I love them but they are not doing a good job these days. About the whispering....our last dog hated it, if anyone whispered she'd bark like crazy! lol I can say I've gone into stores to get warm in winter, but I talk to the owner and look around while there. I seldom leave empty handed too. lol
