This might seem random but if you have any woods, bushes etc around your house where your baby could be playing check her paws. Harley acted the same way and all the cuddling in the world couldn't stop his crying until I took a look at his paws.. He had the worlds smallest thorn in his paw pad and once it was gone he was fine again. Just a thought.
