we as breeder/owner/handler will always have to deal with the handlers because it's their lively hood and their job and those of us that show our own it's not our job but our love and hobby for showing....that is what scares most newbies away because it will always be harder for us to get ahead in the political arena. We have to continue the passion and obsession and then eventually a owner/handler can keep up with the big boys but that's after many years LOL...I just think more need to find the mentor/exhitor first and foremost before attempting to go it alone
